SGL Carbon's Shared Services Center in Alhos Vedros, Portugal is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) for a sick leave cover. The role supports AP processes, vendor management, and cross-site collaboration in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in finance or related field, is fluent in English and German, and has strong communication and organizational skills. SAP experience is a strong advantage.

Qualificações

• University degree in management, accounting, or finance, or relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle the full accounts payable process with accuracy.
• Verify invoice amounts, payment terms and sales tax.
• Code down payments and invoices to GL accounts.
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors.
• Collaborate with global production sites and corporate teams.
• Resolve discrepancies and secure available cash discounts.
