DISPLAX, S.A. in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a Certified Accountant to strengthen its finance team. You will manage accounting and tax compliance for the group, with ownership and autonomy in execution.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Management, or Taxation.
• Active registration with Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (OCC) – mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (ZOHO is a plus).
• Rigor, autonomy in execution, and the ability to work independently.
• A growth path with increasing responsibility in accounting, tax, and management matters.

Responsabilidades

• Execute accounting and tax compliance for the Group's companies with rigor and technical autonomy.
• Postings, reconciliations, closings, and tax obligations.
• Classify, organize, and post accounting documents; reconcile bank accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; ensure closing of group companies.
• Support consolidation of accounts and schedules for consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with the statutory auditor (ROC) and provide data for management reporting.

Job Description

Whe are looking to strengthen our finance teamwith a Certified Accountant who combines technical rigour withautonomy in execution. THE MISSION

Execute the accounting and tax compliance of the Group's companies with rigorand technical autonomy - postings, reconciliations, closings, andtax obligations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accountingand Tax

• Classify,organize, and post accounting documents
• Calculatecontributions and taxes; complete and submit the Group companies'tax returns
• Reconcilebank accounts and accounting ledgers
• Prepare andcarry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensure theannual accounting and tax closing of the Group's companies

Consolidationand Reporting

• Support theconsolidation of accounts across the Group's companies
• Preparesupporting schedules for the consolidated financial statements
• Coordinaterelated tasks with the statutory auditor (ROC)

FormalBackup and Management Support

• Be ready toformally take on, when needed, the role of Certified Accountant
• Provideorganized, reliable accounting data to supportmanagement reporting

Requirements
