Job summary

EDP is seeking an Acceleration & Transformation Senior Specialist to lead or contribute to transformation modules across GEM, structuring workplans, mobilizing teams and driving delivery in a hybrid model. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and managing execution across regions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in transformation or project management, strong stakeholder coordination, and fluent English.

• 4+ years in transformation/project management or business consulting roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Hands-on, pragmatic profile from strategy to execution.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

• Support execution of large transformation projects from scope definition to delivery tracking.

Acceleration & Transformation Senior Specialist

What you will do:

This role within S&T will lead or contribute hands‑on to several transformation project modules across GEM, with responsibility for structuring workplans, mobilizing teams, driving execution and ensuring delivery.

The scope may include GEM's digital roadmap implementation, GEM's strategic plan, or other priority topical developments requiring focused project leadership or support.

What are we looking for:

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic profile, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.
• Structured problem solving: Ability to break down ambiguous topics, identify options and drive practical recommendations.
• Execution discipline: Ability to convert plans into milestones, track delivery and remove blockers.
• Stakeholder management: Ability to align senior and working‑level stakeholders across regions and functions
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
