Responsabilidades

• Manage the BPO team and follow up on action plans when deviations are identified.
• Follow up on the resolution of operational requests impacting customers.
• Monitor the lifecycle of Network Connection Requests with responsible Units.
• Manage customer expectations and follow up on processes with customers.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

• Manage the BPO team, proposing and following up on action plans whenever deviations are identified.
• Follow up on the resolution of operational requests that have an impact on customers.
• Monitor and follow up on the lifecycle of Network Connection Requests, interacting with all responsible Organisational Units.
• Manage customer expectations and follow up on processes with customers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and follow up on their implementation.
