As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the business, its processes and operational dynamics, in order to identify improvement opportunities and turn them into useful, practical AI solutions with a high level of adoption.

What you will do:

• The ability to understand and challenge the business through advanced AI solutions.
• Analytical thinking.
• Business oriented functional design.
• Technical development when required.
• Support throughout adoption and change.
• The solutions to be designed may range from simple functionalities integrated into existing systems or developed using no code/low code platforms, to advanced AI models when the use case requires it.
• Your objective will be to maximise value capture and minimise support and maintenance needs, always ensuring clarity, scalability and usefulness for business teams.

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Management or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science / ML Engineering.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clearly designed functional solutions.
• Experience evaluating technological and non technological alternatives to solve business problems.
• Some experience leading initiatives from business discovery through to deployment.
• Experience with GPT/NLP, generative models and Agent based architectures.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and in direct contact with business stakeholders.
