About our team

Meet the Requirements & Analysis team. Our role is to help our business stakeholders in designing innovative and outstanding products and solutions with focus on customers, added value and ongoing risk mitigation.

Main responsibilities
  • Eliciting business requirements and collaborating with Product Owner on defining features
  • Actively working with Architects to define solution design
  • Defining and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional)
  • Collaborating with development/agile team and multiple stakeholders
  • Testing and supporting in Pre-UAT activities
Who you are

This is the right role for you if you are/have:

  • Advanced Data Analyst who has profound experience in doing data Analysis using SQL
  • Knowledge of SAS/Python is an added advantage
  • Well versed and comfortable in handling Huge Datasets
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should be able to understand the Business terminologies and act as a bridge between Business and IT development team.
  • Independently convert the Business requirements into High level and low-level Solution design
  • Should be able to support in UT, ST and end-to-end UAT testing
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Great analytical skills and understanding of credit exposures and credit risk reporting
  • Knowledge and experience in API integrations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven
  • Acquainted with agile way of working and methods
Your background and skills include
  • Around 5-8 years of experience in business analysis in IT (for Senior position)
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis in IT (for Expert position)
  • Data Analysis using SQL
  • Experience in technologies such as: Hadoop, Scala, Python, SAS, Snowflake, GitHub, CoPilot
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence
  • Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
