Your responsibilities
  • Act as consultant for Customers, Sales department and Trade Marketing on listing priorities and vision planograms
  • End to end responsibility for category management process with key customers (all channels & brands)
  • Planning and coordination of customer workshops in close cooperation with Sales and Trade Marketing teams
  • Co-creation of Listing Priorities at customer level in cooperation with Sales and Trade Marketing
  • In deep analyses of assortment on customer level, creating recommendations on optimization to drive brand & category growth
  • Co-creation of category growth strategy
  • Coop with Field Force in terms of merchs & instructions development & updates
The experience we're looking for
  • 1,5 -2 years of Professional experience primarily in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management
  • Highly analytical individuals looking to develop in category management will also be considered.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing will be perceived as an asset.
  • Proven leadership/persuasive skills in influencing customers as well as internal stakeholders to drive recommendations
  • Ability to comprehensively understsand and convert consumer, category and channel/customer insights into trade strategy and support it with appealing argumentation
  • Team player, good in building relationships (both external and internal)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English and Polish
  • Knowledge of SpacePlanning/SpaceMan would be an asset
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Nielsen, GfK etc.
