Do you want to help ensure that our software systems meet both customer needs and the requirements of AQAP 2110? We are now looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about requirements analysis, quality, and user‑centered system design.

As a Software Engineer with us, you will play a key role in:

• Ensuring that our processes and systems comply with AQAP 2110 requirements, with a focus on AQAP 2210 (software).
• Working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders to define software systems from a user perspective.
• Breaking down and structuring requirements so that our software developers have clear foundations for creating robust and high‑quality code.
• Participating in reviews, verifications, and validations of system solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and quality routines.

What we think you should have

We are looking for someone with a university degree in systems science, computer engineering, or a related field. You should have experience in requirements management and system development within complex environments, along with a solid understanding of quality standards -particularly AQAP 2110/2210 or comparable frameworks such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.

Strong communication skills are essential, especially the ability to convey technical requirements in a clear and user‑friendly manner. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in cross‑functional teams that include developers, testers, and business stakeholders. It is considered a strong advantage if you have experience working in defense or security‑classified projects. Familiarity with model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) is also beneficial, as is hands‑on experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jira, or Polarion.
