A global leader in packaging is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain function in Mszczonów, Poland. The role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness and optimizing talent strategies. Candidates should have a Master's degree in HR and extensive experience in strategic HR roles. The HRBP Global Supply Chain acts as a strategic partner to senior functional leaders, translating the supply chain strategy into a meaningful and effective people and organization agenda. This role is accountable for driving organization effectiveness and talent excellence which includes optimizing span & layers, design and implementation of functional competency models, capability development frameworks/programs across a community of ~4,000 + supply chain employees.
