For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Accounts Receivable Junior Specialist role.
About the team
Join our local team responsible for delivering accounts receivable and related finance services. Collaborating with the local finance team, our group ensures efficient management of incoming payments, account reconciliation, and day‑to‑day reporting for the firm.
You will be responsible for
- Allocating receipts to invoices and conducting customer clearing
- Maintaining debtor accounts and reporting on receivables
- Managing accounts receivable customer files
- Uploading and inputting bank statements
- Analysing payment terms, history, and credit rating
- Liaising with local finance to resolve queries
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
Apply if you
- Hold a degree in finance or accounting
- Have one year of experience in AR or similar areas
- Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Are proficient in data entry, Excel, and Microsoft tools
- Communicate fluently in English
- Collaborate well in a team
- Show initiative, flexibility, and commitment to learning
