This is a hybrid role, starting in the office during the training and integration period, and later allowing you to work from home.
The role involves customer support exclusively via email no phone calls.

- Role: Customer Support Agent (Email only)
- Languages Required: Polish (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: office + remote after training)

- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
- Monthly Salary: From 1,600 EUR net per month
