Job summary

YOUR CHALLENGE

The HRBP role is key in supporting the Polish people and our European Distributor’s Markets agenda, Driving the engagement and culture, Attracting talent and Managing employee relations.

  • You will partner with the Line managers to develop & deploy HR programs;
  • You will act as champion for our unique culture, driving programs that bring alive Fearless, Family and Founders @Bacardi along with our critical Belonging Agenda
  • You will act as the first point of contact for all HR matters for the Polish, European Distributor’s Markets client group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for 3 of our Business Units: Poland, Balkans & Ireland & Central Europe, Nordics & Baltics & Caucasus with a focus on cross-market collaboration and consistency
  • Support our culture and engagement programs in accordance with our Pillars and Values
  • Identify the best talent for current and future recruitment strategies. Support the recruitment, hiring and social onboard of staff
  • Act as HR business partner to provide coaching and counselling to Bacardi Primos
  • Actively drive diversity and inclusion initiatives (Belonging @ Bacardi)
  • Facilitate training sessions and career development workshops
  • Coach and educate Leaders on the talent development methodology and development resources available
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain HR system ( WorkDay ), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required
  • Drive the implementation of global HR projects and programs
SKILLS
  • University degree in HR or related function preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources function
  • Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations (other European countries a plus)
  • Fluency in Polish and English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
  • Financial or budget management skills a plus
  • Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
  • Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries
