- Strong experience documenting functional requirements and process flows.

- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to capture business goals and customer journeys.
- Document functional requirements including eligibility and engagement policies.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with architects to define CDH action structures and data requirements.
- Produce functional specifications and process flows.
- Support business users during acceptance testing.
