Release Manager / Change and Enablement Lead @ Devire, Polska

Currently for our client – a multinational professional services network, one of the “Big Four” consulting organizations – we are looking for a Release Manager / Change and Enablement Lead.
Contract
- B2B contract – 4 months + possibility of extension
- 100% remote
- Rate: 160‑200 PLN/h
- B2B contract via Devire

Experience
- 6+ years of experience in change management, user enablement, business adoption or communication in large IT or transformation projects
- Proven experience supporting go‑live phases of ERP or other critical business systems (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is a strong plus)
- Experience working with large, distributed and heterogeneous user groups
- Hands‑on experience in setting up central enablement, hypercare or user support models
- Strong understanding of change management and user adoption concepts
- Ability to translate technical and process‑related topics into clear, user‑friendly communication
- Experience creating and maintaining FAQs, knowledge bases and intranet content
- Confident in moderating sessions, handling resistance and addressing user concerns during go‑live
- Strong analytical skills to structure feedback and derive actionable insights for project teams
- Experience in the public sector or BA context is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead change management and user enablement activities for a nationwide SAP S/4HANA go‑live
- Design and implement a scalable central support and enablement model for field users
- Own and coordinate all user communication around go‑live (intranet content, newsletters, instructions, updates)
- Collect, structure and maintain user questions, FAQs and knowledge content
- Organize and run Q&A sessions, webinars and end‑user support formats
- Act as the central point of contact for user feedback, adoption topics and concerns
- Systematically feed user feedback back into the project and functional teams
- Support the Functional Lead in go‑live readiness, business adoption and stabilization
