• 5–8 years of business analysis experience in technology or CRM/MarTech environments.
• Strong experience documenting functional requirements and process flows.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to capture business goals and customer journeys.
• Document functional requirements including eligibility and engagement policies.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with architects to define CDH action structures and data requirements.
• Produce functional specifications and process flows.
• Support business users during acceptance testing.
