Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership with expertise in Unreal Engine and AI.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and shipping complex production software.
• Strong system design skills across both product logic and scalable infrastructure.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on development when needed.
• Experience in scaling teams and processes from early-stage to growth.
• Exceptional English (C1/C2) and Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture across the entire product.
• Co-lead the company, translating business vision into actionable outcomes.
• Set and enforce high engineering standards for reliability and speed.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, owning the hiring process.
• Represent Ludus AI in front of investors and global partners.
• Mitigate technical debt while managing performance and security.
