Job summary
A global game development company is seeking a Group Controller to take ownership of the IFRS accounting and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This remote role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a team. - At least 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting under IFRS.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven track record with month-end close processes and external audits.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes under US GAAP.
- Manage daily bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee global payroll processing and journal integration.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial closing.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of accountants and analysts.
