- Proven experience in leading complex projects in the public sector
- Strong technical background with a meticulous approach to problem‑solving
- Expertise in software architectures and patterns for web‑based applications: .NET backend, SPA architectures, asynchronous processing, performance, resiliency, and self‑healing
- Experience with cloud‑based development: App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Redis cache, OIDC, oAuth, Application Insights, CI/CD automation, DevOps, YAML, PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep
- Experience with on‑premise development: IIS, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MongoDB
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support team members effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards and performance metrics
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for selected development streams
- Utilize extensive domain knowledge to oversee planning and design of complex architectural solutions
