A professional services company based in Poland is seeking an intermediate-level professional to join their Operations – Transaction Services team. This fully remote role involves processing security transactions, analyzing reports, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and strong analytical skills. They will also help improve processes and manage risk.

Overview
We are seeking an intermediate-level professional to join our Operations – Transaction Services team. This role is responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of securities and derivatives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

- Proven ability to manage concurrent activities in a high-risk environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of macros is a plus
