A leading global safety science company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a remote team in Poland. In this full-time role, you'll champion agile methodologies, manage technical standards, and support a diverse team. Ideal candidates will have over 14 years of experience and expertise in cloud platforms, along with strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary between 237.700 - 316.900 PLN and annual bonuses, along with flexible working arrangements.
