The Opportunity

We are seeking Japanese-speaking HR Assistant to join Global Compensation team to support Global HR project implementation. In this role you will work closely with Global HR Teams and Managers and communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. This role is also suitable for students of Japanese studies who want to gain experience in an international HR environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in compensation projects (preparing communication and training materials, coordinating and involvement in project calls and meetings)
• Communicate with Japanese-speaking HR Teams and Managers
• Participate in the implementation of compensation and grading standards
• Follow, review, and update project documentation and materials

Your Background

• Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese
• Very good command of English
• Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive approach with good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel
• Comfortable working remotely in a virtual team, in an international environment and across diverse cultures
