Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
Languages: both German and English.
Start: ASAP.
Duties
- Collecting, prioritizing, and structuring business requirements in the area of Web Analytics & Reporting – from the initial idea to technical implementation
- Clarifying expectations and creating a common understanding between standard reporting and self-service approaches
- Ensuring and developing consistent reporting standards in Adobe Analytics while advising on the use and customization of dashboards – without creating individual solutions
- Managing and governing user and role concepts within Adobe Analytics
- Supporting business units and markets in building analytics know-how through training, tutorials, guidelines, and best practices
- Collaborating on defining new tracking requirements with tag/consent managers and development teams
- Analyzing the use of existing reporting tools to derive optimization potential and strategic developments
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics, particularly in reporting, dashboard creation, and user management
- Good knowledge of web tracking concepts, event tracking, and data layer architecture
- Experience in requirements and stakeholder management, ideally in an international context
- Ability to present technical content clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and moderation skills, with a structured, proactive working approach
- Language skills: both German and English
