They operateinUkraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania,Czech Republic, Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Singapore, and India.
3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services.
Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management (network devices, servers, databases, cloud environments).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiar with ITIL processes and best practices for ITOM and CMDB.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping or Discovery (preferred).
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery) to meet client-specific needs.
Act as the subject matter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, guiding clients and project teams.
Work on CMDB governance and data quality.
Remote-friendly role with engagement in Ukraine or Poland.
Full-time B2B contract.
Compensation 40 - 45USD per hour.
