• Leads the Development & Engineering team in area of specialism and develops the team to ensure it has the right capability
• Work very closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, Designers and Domain Experts, in an Agile working model.
• Assume additional technical, organizational or coordination tasks or roles, as required
• Strategically leverages networks to drive innovation, best practice and a continuous improvement culture
• Collaborate intensively with colleagues inside and outside the team and collaborate professionally with Business Owners.

• Assume responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and testing complete end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on quality
• Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery.
• Collaborate with designers and domain experts. Work in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
• Work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role.

• Highly advanced knowledge of designing, developing, and debugging solutions
• Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in Design, coding, testing and delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, robust and performant applications.
• Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: BTP, CPI, Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway.
• Knowledge of automation test frameworks like OPA5/QUnits is desirable.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred
• 4 to 7 years’ of experience in software development primarily in SAP technologies.
• Strong development skills in following areas: ABAP RAP, OO ABAP, AMDP, BOPF, , Analytical Queries and SQL Script, NetWeaver Gateway, CDS Views, troubleshooting ABAP code, Cleancore , SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Strong focus on Database and experienced in writing scalable SQL
• Experience in OData / Rest protocols
• Should have experience in Developing HANA OData Services etc...
• Experience in Azure DevOps process and release activities for On-prem/Cloud applications

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
