Job summary

A leading financial services organization in Katowice is seeking an experienced Engineer III to manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online administration. You will ensure compliance and support the integration of recording tools while collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of IT experience and relevant Microsoft certifications. This role offers an opportunity to work within a large international team using agile methodologies.

We're looking for you if:
  • you have minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services,
  • you are proficient in Microsoft Teams, including Teams Compliance recording,
  • you have strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and management,
  • you are experienced with Luware and Verint recording tools,
  • you are familiar with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features,
  • you have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • you are able to work collaboratively in a team environment,
  • you are proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
You’ll get extra points for:
  • previous experience in a highly regulated enterprise-level organization,
  • relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar
  • degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Your responsibilities:
  • Microsoft Teams Management: Configure, manage, and support Microsoft Teams, including Teams Compliance recording. Ensure the platform meets organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • SharePoint Online Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online, ensuring optimal performance and security. Implement and manage site collections, permissions, and workflows.
  • Recording Tools Expertise: Manage and support Luware and Verint recording tools, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • First Line Risk Work: Perform administration and documentation tasks related to first line risk work. Validate vulnerability reports, conduct identity access management activities, and evaluate and review SOC2 reports.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT, facilities, and other departments to provide technical support and guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
