Senior SRE Lead: Reliability, Observability & Scale
Job summary
A leading financial services provider in Katowice is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer focused on improving system reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with containerization tools and Linux/Unix systems, along with strong scripting skills in PowerShell. You'll lead a dynamic team, driving observability practices and ensuring optimal IT service quality. This role offers a competitive salary range of 13,000 - 25,000 PLN and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and operating highly available, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and observability tools.
- Ability to define and work with SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for reliability.
- Lead and mentor a growing team across multiple locations.
- Drive observability, incident management, and root cause analysis.
