Could you be the full‑time hybrid Project Documentation Controller in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail‑oriented teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the management and control of project documentation, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams), ensure compliance with documentation standards, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Defining and updating the documentation workflow
  • Controlling documentation standards, including templates, references, and versions.
  • Defining and deploying the documentation numbering system.
  • Establishing and maintaining a single repository for project working documents (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual documentation submissions according to customer requirements.
  • Managing electronic file identification and customer identification as needed.
  • Recording all technical and management documentation from external entities.
  • Ensuring internal validation of project documents before submission to the customer.
  • Preparing and recording document submissions to customers and partners.
  • Providing inputs related to documentation dashboards and reports.
  • Updating document contractual templates as per requirements.
All about you
  • Degree in a relevant field such as documentation management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience or understanding of documentation management systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
  • Familiarity with tools like Teams, SharePoint, and other document repositories.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
