Job summary
A tech-driven SEO solutions provider is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers leverage their AI-driven solutions for improved search visibility. The role involves onboarding new clients, translating product features for strategic execution, and driving customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate should have over three years of SEO experience and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote position within the EU, offering a salary of 16,500zł - 21,000zł net per month.

- 3+ years of solid SEO experience with a strong understanding of organic search fundamentals.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SEO consulting, or digital marketing roles.
- Ability to explain SEO concepts to non-experts and support customers in strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead new customers through onboarding for SEO and GEO visibility.
- Translate product features into actionable SEO and AI-search strategies.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities based on demonstrated customer value.
