A global maritime consultancy is seeking a passionate candidate to provide customer support and technical solutions related to marine CO2 reporting regulations. You will communicate effectively with clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams. A degree in a relevant field and proficiency in English are required. This position offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.
We help enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers in the global shipping industry, covering all vessel types and mobile offshore units. We are seeking a candidate who is keen on working and communicating with customers and open to learning about marine CO2 reporting regulations and digital methods of verifying CO2 emissions. In this role, you will help clients follow industry regulations and meet environmental targets by ensuring they can efficiently use our digital services. You enjoy investigating system-related issues and are open to learning technical skills while providing excellent service via email, ticketing tool and from time to time during online meetings.
We don’t expect you to know everything — we will train you on the regulatory frameworks and digital tools so you can succeed.
