- Participate in introducing new technologies to promote innovation

- Design and implement Python microservices working with AI / ML / LLM libraries
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- Excellent understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases
- Experience with AWS (or similar services like GCP or Azure)
- Strong Software Design knowledge, SOLID principles
- Experience with LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AI or similar
- Experience with modern backend frameworks Node.js or Express.js
- Basic experience with advanced RAG techniques (Graphrag, MemoRAG, Reranking or similar)
- Familiarity with agentic and multi-agent workflows engines, such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar
- Experience working with LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex or similar
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or similar)
- Experience with Streamlit for building UI
- Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence / Cognitive Services or AWS Sagemaker and Textract
- Knowledge of Agile (preferably SCRUM) development practices
