Scope of tasks:

• Designing and refining scalable UI solutions for digital products
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements, and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs
• Ensuring all designs align with design systems and industry best practices
• Creating consistent and adaptable UI components that support product scalability
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining design quality and efficiency
• Presenting design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Working in an end-to-end digital process
• Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (Researchers, Consultants, UX Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts, Developers)

Additional responsibilities at the Senior level:

• Leading UI projects and contributing to design standards
• Supporting the development and enhancement of design systems
• Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers
• Optimizing internal design workflows and processes

What skills and experience do we expect?

• Strong understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns
• 2+ years of experience in UI design (mid-level); 5+ years for senior roles
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• Experience working within or maintaining a design system
• Awareness of UX principles and their impact on UI design
• Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into daily design processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)
• A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with design-development collaboration (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
