• Danish: Native or C1/C2 level

• English: B2 level (spoken and written)

As a Travel Consultant, you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth, stress‑free travel experiences through professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented support.

• Assist customers with travel‑related inquiries across multiple channels

• Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel assistance

• Identify customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions

• Deliver high‑quality, customer‑first service in every interaction

• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times

• Represent the brand with empathy, reliability, and care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving ability

• Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations

• Motivation to deliver service excellence every day

• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00

• Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

• 365 days/year

• Bank holidays paid double

Flexible schedules available to support work–life balance.

• Base salary: 1,900 EUR gross/month

• Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month
