Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled professional to manage the daily workforce plan for multiple service lines, coordinating with Operations Managers to align with strategy and drive all transactional activities.

You will oversee onboarding and offboarding of contingent staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain data quality in recruitment pipelines across service lines. This role emphasizes autonomy, communication, and rigorous follow-up across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bottom-up workforce plan for service lines, aligned to funded projects.
• Coordinate with Ops Managers to implement the workforce plan and drive transactional activity.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures driven by Central team.
• Handle contingent workforce management including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain high data quality in Pioneer Management of recruitment pipelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The role holder will be responsible for the day-to day management of the workforce plan for a multiple service line(s) in partnership with the relevant Operations Manager. This will involve ensuring the workforce plan aligns with the GBGF workforce strategy, driving all transactional activity for workforce planning, contingent worker management inc onboarding and offboarding, tracking the recruitment process, and working closely with Ops managers to ensure workforce processes and policy are implemented across the service line (s).

Workforce Management:

• Day-to-day management of a bottom-up, role-based plan for permanent and non-permanent roles, aligned to funded projects & priorities for service line(s)
• Work closely with the Ops Manager for each service line to understand workforce requirements, implement the workforce plan and drive all transactional activity
• Ensure the policies & procedures driven by Central team are adhered to by Ops Manager and hiring managers
• Perform all contingent workforce management including onboarding and offboarding, management of tenure tracking etc
• Ensure the highest data quality in Pioneer Management of the recruitment pipeline within service line, driving tasks to completion

Workforce Insourcing:

• Support the scaled hiring approach for the GBGF Support in the education of GBGF hiring managers
• Execute actions as per workforce insourcing plan
• Provide inputs/ feedback on tooling enhancements
• Participate in UAT as required
