ALTEN Polska is a leading engineering and IT services firm with offices in Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. We seek a PMO Delivery Lead to oversee a technology portfolio, acting as the liaison between technology areas and the Central PMO to ensure delivery aligns with strategic priorities.

The role requires strong portfolio management, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive plans and health checks across programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated PMO Delivery Lead for a specific technology area.
• Single point of contact between technology areas and Central PMO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Project/Program Sponsors, and Transformation Leads across all technology portfolios.
• Ensure alignment of portfolio outcomes with organizational strategic priorities.
• Drive the delivery of accurate and timely plans in partnership with stakeholders.
• Report on portfolio health to the PMO Lead and Executive Committee.
• Identify and elevate thematic risks and issues to the Central PMO.
• Ensure adherence to frameworks and standards for all programs.
• Support annual planning activities, advise on best practices, and perform health checks on resource supply/demand.
• Ensure interlocking of programs with other technology initiatives.
• Monitor (but not own) programs, portfolios, and projects.

What You'll Do

• Report to the Head of Technology Portfolio Management and serve as the dedicated PMO Delivery Lead for a specific technology area.
• Act as the single point of contact between technology areas and the Central PMO function.

Requirements

• Portfolio Management Expertise: Strong understanding of portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Proactive approach with experience in negotiating, documenting, and presenting recommendations.
• Critical Thinking & Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines, and deliver at pace.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong ability to engage and align cross-functional teams.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with financial planning, forecasting, variance management, and project accounting principles (e.g., cash, directs, P&L).
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Track record of driving process optimizations.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology infrastructure, products, platforms, and fintech.
• Reporting Skills: Strong ability to transform ad-hoc requests into high-level reports for senior management.
