Job summary

Vertex Agility in Kraków is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to support day-to-day management of workforce plans across service lines. Hybrid role requires collaboration with Operations and hiring managers to ensure plans are accurate and aligned with business priorities.

You'll manage plans for permanent and contingent roles, drive recruitment pipelines, monitor data quality, and contribute to tooling and UAT activities in a global financial services environment.

Job description

We're looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join a global financial organisation and support the day-to-day management of workforce plans across multiple service lines.

In this role, you will work closely with Operations Managers and hiring managers to ensure workforce plans are accurate, aligned with business priorities, and effectively executed.

What you'll be doing

• Managing workforce plans for permanent and non-permanent roles
• Working closely with Operations Managers to understand workforce requirements
• Managing recruitment pipelines and driving hiring activities to completion
• Supporting contingent workforce management, including onboarding and offboarding
• Monitoring workforce data and ensuring high data quality
• Supporting workforce insourcing initiatives and scaled hiring
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Contributing to tooling enhancements and UAT activities

What we're looking for
