Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking QA professionals to join a team delivering high-end engineering and IT services. The role focuses on maintaining quality, identifying technical factors, and reducing damage through proactive measures.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Polkowice, with opportunities for relocation within ALTEN Polska and collaboration with a large international client base. Responsibilities include QA task representation in expert groups, development of project-specific quality

Qualifications

• German language at B2/C1 level.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and abroad ~ monthly.
• Experience with quality requirements and standard methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring continuous error correction process.
• Processing and identification of technical factors.
• Elimination of error hotspots.
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce damage.
• Carrying out loss prognoses.
• Representing QA tasks in expert groups and SETs.
• Creating project-specific Q requirements and specifications.
• Quality assessments and part releases.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring the continuous error correction process


• Processing and identification of technical factors


• Elimination of error hotspots


• Development, implementation and, if necessar, escalation of measures to reduce damage levels


• Carrying out loss prognoses


• Representation of QA tasks in expert groups


• Representation of QA tasks in SET's


• Creation of project-specific Q-requirements


• Creation of project-specific Q specifications


• Quality assessments and part releases


• Conducting benchmarks

Our requirements:

• QPNi Qualification Programme New Parts Integral/Supplier


• QTR execution Quality Technical Requirements


• Execution of multi-stage 2-day production (2TP)


• Execution of sampling (VDA vol 2)


• Change management (Ako, AWE)


• Processing of concept problems (TE, supplier, sales)


• GERMAN - B2/C1


• Business trips within Poland and abroad approximately once a month.


• Knowalge of KPM, AQUA, Tevon, System42
