ALTEN Polska is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support the Global Trade Solutions team. You will help run day-to-day Trade Finance activities, process transactions, and ensure high-quality service to clients and suppliers.

The role emphasizes accuracy in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to compliance and risk controls. This position is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals seeking growth in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for all positions.
• German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations, reconciliations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The role is within the Global Trade Solutions (GTS) team, supporting Supply Chain Finance operations for European markets. The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities related to client servicing and supplier services, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders

• Support day-to-day operational activities within the Supply Chain Finance function.
• Process and monitor trade-related transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient operational processes.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Required experience & skills (must-have)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for all positions
• Additional language skills in German or Spanish would be an advantage
• Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations, reconciliations, or financial services would be an advantage, but is not mandatory
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• This role would suit graduates, junior professionals, or candidates with early experience in operations, finance, banking, customer service, or administrative support who are looking to develop a career in financial services.
