Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Workday Engineer within the HCM Squad to design, implement, and optimize Workday HCM solutions that support the employee lifecycle.

You will handle administrative functions, governance, and end-user support, collaborating with Product Managers and IT clients to deliver reliable, scalable HR technology.

Fluency in English and strong communication are essential, and prior Workday certifications or delivery experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM, configuration, and business requirements gathering.
• Ability to deliver functional oversight and system design.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and contribute to design modifications.
• Perform Workday administrative functions for HCM.
• Manage Production and maintain controlled systems environment.
• Provide end-user support, change management and issue resolution.
