Job summary

Workday in Warsaw is seeking an experienced consultant to drive Success Plans by delivering Workday Adaptive Planning solutions and related services across customer ecosystems. You will guide configuration, demonstrate features, and advise on best practices to maximize business value.

You will engage in workforce and financial planning, data integration, and reporting, enabling customers to adopt Workday capabilities across global deployments while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
5 years IT implementation experience.
3+ years of software consulting experience.
1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems.
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver small scope consulting; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
Complete and maintain product expertise and Workday Certification; stay aware of Workday roadmap.
