Job summary

Mars is seeking a Workday Integrations leader within Digital Technologies to design, deliver and optimize Workday integration solutions for the HR landscape across the company. You will partner with P&O and global service owners to translate business priorities into scalable tech, drive architecture standards, and lead a global team of developers and contractors.

Qualifications

Master's degree in IT or a related field.
5-8 years’ experience leading Workday integration deployments in HR.
Experience defining global technology standards and portfolio management.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills across HR, Finance and service lines.

Responsibilities

Partner with P&O to shape the integration strategy and architecture for HR.
Define global technology standards and drive common integration solutions.
Improve data integrity, efficiency and service excellence through automation.
Collaborate with functional and technical experts to deliver global IT capabilities.
Lead and develop a global team of associates and contractors.
