Job summary

PwC Polska seeks a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday Financial deployments, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and propose effective solutions that align with business goals.

You will configure systems, manage data migration, integrate with third-party tools, and mentor teammates in a hybrid Warsaw role. Strong communication and Workday certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems.
• Experience implementing R2R (Financial Accounting, COA design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the listed areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis).
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations to meet goals.
• Advise clients on best practices and implement system enhancements.
• System configuration, testing, and data activities to fit client needs.
• Assist data conversion from legacy systems to Workday.
• Support integrations between Workday and third-party solutions.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
• Share knowledge and mentor new team members.
• Support sales activities and business development.
