Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to join and optimize a global Workday environment. This remote role based in Poland involves designing, developing and supporting Workday integrations across HR tech.

You will work hands-on with Workday Studio and Orchestrate, SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors, handle production support, and collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and external partners to drive system improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Experience with Workday Studio and Orchestrate.
• Knowledge of Web Services, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
• XML, XSLT and data transformation.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global or multi-country Workday environments.
• Experience with PECI, PICOF, SAP, Oracle or payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and support Workday integrations.
• Work hands-on with Workday Studio, Orchestrate, SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to integration architecture, standards and documentation.
• Support Workday releases and continuous system optimisation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external technology partners.
