Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant for a permanent remote role in Poland. You will design, build and optimize Workday integrations, using Workday Studio and Orchestrate, and work with SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors. The position emphasizes collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance teams.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to support production environments and system releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio and Orchestrate.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
• Good understanding of XML, XSLT and data transformation.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex integration issues.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and support Workday integrations.
• Work hands-on with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, SOAP/REST APIs and Core Connectors.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues and carry out root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to integration architecture, standards and technical documentation.
• Support Workday releases, testing and ongoing system optimisation.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external partners.
