Job summary

Workday is seeking a skilled advisory professional for the Workday Success Plans team in Poland. You will help customers maximize value from Workday, guiding configuration, demonstrations, and adoption strategies across Go-Live and post-Go-Live journeys.

You’ll work closely with customers, delivering targeted micro-consulting engagements, training, and best-practice guidance, while staying current on Workday roadmap and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, tips & tricks.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers clearly.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
• Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s).
• Staying up-to-date with industry practices and engaging with customers on topics.
• Helping drive creation of new programs to drive adoption.
