Job summary

Citi in Warsaw seeks a Technology Business Analyst with a Workday focus to drive strategic HR technology initiatives and complex problem solving. You will bridge HR business needs with technical solutions, operating with autonomy across workstreams, and influencing Workday implementations and optimizations.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, advanced analytics, and superb stakeholder management. You will collaborate with HR, technology teams, and external Workday vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience in HR technology and Workday implementations.
• Deep Workday HCM modules knowledge (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and complex reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives.
• Serve as Technology Relationship Manager between HR business and tech teams.
• Architect and support advanced Workday configurations and integrations.
• Identify optimization opportunities and enforce governance standards.
• Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
