Job summary

Flex Wind in Szczecin, Poland seeks a Coordinator to manage daily technician teams from recruitment to readiness and to serve as the single contact for supervisors and the service line on readiness.

The role focuses on HR operations, data handling, and coordinating with technicians in a wind energy environment, with emphasis on accuracy, shifts, and project schedules. Polish fluency and good English are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, resource planning, recruitment administration or technical coordination.
• Experience handling personal data with care.
• Experience in a technical or wind industry environment is an advantage.
• Experience working with shifts, rotations or project schedules is an advantage.
• Accuracy with documents and data.
• Working well with technicians and supervisors in the team.
• Fluent Polish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Plan the team: core and support team composition, rotation status and training matrix maintenance.
• Prepare each technician for site: hand-over from Recruitment, document collection, verification and chasing, uploads to client systems.
• Identify training gaps, raise training requests and book courses; retrieve certificates and keep the readiness estimate and weekly readiness tracker up to date.
• Check availability and assign technicians; send mobilisation confirmation and notification, and notify Project Management.
• Handle contract clarifications, rate-change annexes, terminations, replacements and blocks on departure.
