Job summary

Flex Wind in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Warehouse and Fleet Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate materials and fleet activities across Poland and Europe.

You will receive, unload, inspect deliveries, pick and pack for dispatch, maintain inventory records, and operate forklifts. The role requires basic ERP knowledge, a forklift license, and English at B1–B2 level. Join our growing wind energy team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience with receiving, issuing, picking and inventory control processes.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Forklift license (UDT) or willingness to obtain one.
• Understanding of warehouse documentation (goods issue, goods receipt, stock transfers).
• Ability to work with scanning devices and handheld terminals.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards related to warehouse operations and material handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Good command of English at B1–B2 level, sufficient for daily communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with Kanban-based task management systems, such as Trello.
• Flexibility to support fleet-related daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate materials and fleet activities.
• Receive, unload, inspect deliveries and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch materials to project sites and other locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cyclical stock counts.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate material flow with the Logistics, Operations and Project Coordination teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report process non-conformities and propose improvements.
• Assist Warehouse Coordinator and cover admin duties when needed.
• Support Fleet Coordinator with tyre changes and vehicle maintenance booking.
