Job summary

Global Wind Service (UK) Ltd is seeking a Recruiter for our Szczecin office to drive the recruitment of Wind Turbine Technicians and related roles. You will manage active sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate pipelines, coordinating with sales opportunities and operations teams to ensure timely hires.

The role focuses on developing a robust recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support global talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience recruiting for wind industry roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Wind Turbine Technicians and related roles.
• Manage candidate flow, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet project needs.
• Maintain and develop the candidate database with up‑to‑date shortlists.
• Ensure fast turnaround and high-quality recruitment processes.
