Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to drive corporate banking growth in Central and Eastern Europe from Warsaw.

You will manage a broad suite of products in partnership with global coverage teams, expanding relationships with Poland‑based andCEE‑headquartered clients. You will lead client onboarding, present credit memos, and coordinate with product partners to tailor solutions across cash management, lending, markets, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic record with corporate or investment banking background.
• Experience owning corporate client relationships in CEE.
• Ability to originate, structure, and close transactions.
• Strong commercial judgment and client leadership skills.
• Ability to navigate cross‑cultural, cross‑border environments.
• Proficiency in core corporate banking products and risk understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for a broad set of corporate topics.
• Develop and deepen relationships with Poland and CEE‑headquartered clients.
• Collaborate with product and coverage partners across geographies.
• Coordinate marketing and delivery of tailored banking solutions.
• Lead onboarding and present credit and business cases internally.
• Monitor credit quality and escalate per policy requirements.
• Maintain disciplined execution, pipeline management, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Travel across the CEE region to engage clients and stakeholders.
