The role drives new business, deepens senior-level relationships, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive payment solutions.

You will manage onboarding, pricing strategies, and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring regulatory and risk controls are maintained. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management for Financial Institutions.
• Proven ability to manage relationships at senior levels, including C-suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business goals by targeting prospects and existing clients across Eastern Europe.
• Build a robust pipeline, document status, and report progress to senior management.
• Maximize profitability through pricing, product extensions, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct financial and market analyses to support proposals and projects.
• Lead onboarding, including KYC/AML and renewals, ensuring compliance.
• Prepare account plans and briefing memos; manage portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize product/service delivery and cross-sell.
• Address risk, legal, and compliance issues and escalate as needed.
• Represent JPMorgan Payments at industry events for Financial Institutions in Eastern Europe.
